| We send all items using first class mail or via courier delivery by Parcelforce, Items ordered by 1 pm and In Stock will be dispatched the same day for delivery within the following 2 working days. Orders taken before 1PM on Friday will be dispatched same day for delivery over the next 2 working days (Monday/Tuesday). Orders taken at weekends will be dispatched on the following Monday, please note Parcel force does not delivery on Saturdays. Please allow 2 working days for delivery. |

| We do endeavor to give you a next day service where ever possible, though we are reliant on Royal Mail and Parcelforce, and sometimes delays happen for a day or two, which you must appreciate is out of our control. |

| Mainland UK delivery prices |

| All deliveries for models are free of charge for delivery addresses in the mainland UK. For all part orders there is a £2 postage and packing fee (per order). |

| Non Mainland UK delivery prices |

| Any items delivered outside mainland UK will be dispatched by Airmail, delivery charges will vary depending on the destination, the charges will be calculated at checkout, using these prices. |

For your protection we do not store your credit card information once the sale has been completed. |

| Because we understand people worry about the security and fraudulent use of cards we offer our secure shopping guarantee, and will refund your card if you are charged a liability limit from your card supplier, if we agree it was no fault of your own. |

| We can also accept postal orders/ cash or cheque if paying by this method you should send it by recorded delivery or special delivery as we cannot take responsibility for lost cash. | U-GO Racing will guarantee your purchase against faulty manufacture. If your item is defective upon receipt through faulty manufacture U-GO Racing will replace your item on return of the item unused and in its original packaging. You must inform us of this within 5 days of receipt of the goods including weekends. You must email us to get authorization prior to returning the goods |

| If an item is returned, Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. |
